Jonathan - great interview with Bill. He's a warrior - like you.

It takes one to know one, Laura. I get a lot of comments and feedback on the work you and Tom Haviland are doing on clots (clotastrophy, here on Substack, for anyone not already following their work). Keep up the good work!

Thank you, Jonathan. I enjoyed our visit. I appreciate all you are doing for our side with your myriad projects, including UnWoke Academy. I'll be in touch again soon.

Wow Bill you sound like an American from the movies - like a football coach from the south lol. It's wild hearing your accent. Great work!

According to a group of business colleagues (one of whom lives in Alabama (not Bill Rice)), I am the one with the accent. "Yankee" they call me. For years, we've had regular work conversations in which I am the only one sans Southern drawl. Accent is a matter of perspective, one soon learns when odd-man-out. This isn't particularly related to this episode, but I couldn't help but chime in.

I look forward to seeing you on a podcast so I can hear your Aussie accent, which I love. My 13-year-old daughter is an aspiring actress. She can nail an Aussie accent!

As your reporting confirms, Australia seems to be home to the world's most draconian, Orwellian reforms. However, some of the smartest and bravest social commentators or "citizen journalists" I've discovered via Substack are from Australia.

I met three Australians at a recent Brownstone retreat in Connecticut. They are all fantastic people.

It's fine. I'm banned from all social media and the age assurance bill just passed. If that is applied to Substack, that will be the end of the internet for me.

I'll do something else.
